Vaccinated travelers do not have the Kovid test in Bahrain since Eid

Manama: The Kovid Medical Task Force, which manages the Kovid, has waived PCR testing for passengers who have been vaccinated in Bahrain since Eid. Covid Vaccine Certificate must be presented on the ‘Be Aware’ app. Covid-free people also get exemption from corovirus testing upon arrival in Bahrain.

The task force also announced other new terms. Eating indoors in restaurants and cafes has been restricted to those who have been vaccinated with the Kovid vaccine since Eid and those who have been vaccinated for two weeks. Admission is open to children under 18 years of age who accompany them. They also have to produce a certificate in the ‘B Aware’ app. The rules also apply to cinema halls, indoor gymnasiums, indoor swimming pools, indoor entertainment venues for children, spas, public halls and public participation in sports, the official news agency BNA reported.

You can dine outside in restaurants and cafes while keeping a social distance. This also applies to open gymnasiums, playgrounds, outdoor swimming pools, outdoor entertainment venues and cinema halls.

Decisions will be subject to periodic review.
